30-day fit guarantee

If Realign isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for a refund of the product price.

How it works

1. Email us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the corrector back in its original condition. Return postage is your cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
4. Once the return is received, the product price is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, aren't refunded.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed in that case unless we ask for it.

Not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items returned without contacting us first.
• Items damaged through misuse.
