Orders ship within 1–3 business days. US delivery is typically 5–10 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse. We ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse; the product is identical to the one pictured.
30-day fit guarantee
If Realign isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange a return for a refund of the product price. Return instructions come by email once your request is approved; please don't post anything back before you hear from us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is on its way.
Damaged, wrong or missing item
Send us a photo of what arrived within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed in this case.
